poor toby, he was enjoying a quiet nap in the park whilst i played with mia! sunday afternoon and we are both busy on the computer. social life seems to have gone down the pan but we don't really care. can't wait to be home and amongst our old pals and enjoying a few drinks with them. more of the same here, whilst you all freeze in snow, wind and rain, we almost pass out with heat exhaustion from the humidity (72% today). we have been busy indoors and outdoors, flogging stuff mainly in a bid to downsize before our return. think it will be one of the cars next as we may have trouble selling them. even contemplating getting rid of the three piece suite soon as that will be hard to sell too as there are loads up for sale on trademe. we have enough other chairs to keep us happy. mia having her afternoon nap, she is on fine form at the moment though it is quite hard to keep her entertained at weekends whilst we take it in turns to do stuff. i've got a night out this week - hoorah! going to see varakai (cirque du soleil) on thursday. toby has a wedding photo shoot next weekend and is currently updating his cv for engineering companies back in the north east. the hope is that he will find some clerical work for one of the local firms so he doesn't have to teach at all. he is a much happier man with that burden lifted i can tell you. i can't quite believe how long he has survived without jacking it in before. still, needs must i guess..... just a few weeks now til i see mum and dad, very exciting. love as always.
