Close Up

Same location as previous. Her hair is starting to get thicker and no sign of it changing colour, still really dark like Toby's. Her eyes have changed though and are now heading towards brown I think. Still absolutely gorgeous and all smiles most of the time. She is desperate to talk and entertains us with her attempts. Soon we'll be yearning for the days when she couldn't talk! Posted by Picasa

Strike a Pose

Typical Mia shot, tongue hanging out! Taken down the road at Campbell's Bay. Toby enjoying a post-work swim. Posted by Picasa

Beach Scene

Toby snorkelling round to the right out of sight, Emma swimming and Mia snoozing. I'd already had my turn in the water. Afterwards we headed to Leigh Fish and Chip Shop for a late lunch. Tonight we are just home from Galbraiths pub and Mia has just gone to bed, later than normal. Whilst we consumed beer, wine and cider, she had to make do with milk. It's Emma's last full night here so we are all a bit sad. We are really going to miss her and I think she is going to miss New Zealand lots (and Mia). Posted by Picasa

Tawharanui Today

We have had a lovely Saturday, enjoying a swim and (crap) surf at Tawharanui Reserve, an hour and a half north east of here. It's one of our favourite spots with a choice of beaches backed by grassy banks and pohutakawa trees. We all went in the water apart from Mia who had a nice snooze in the shade. Posted by Picasa
