long bay
last evening of my 2 week christmas break, sunday evening at beautiful long bay. i got my first mozzie bite of the summer last night. i won't miss mozzies that's for sure. mia back at daycare today and all the carers commented on how much she had changed (heavier, crawling and standing much more, talking more and generally seeming like a 1 year old!). we feel she has really changed too and i really missed her today. good day at work though, very quiet so i got plenty done and got away prompt meaning we had time for a quick play at the park tonight. mia happy as anything, though very tired and went off to sleep in seconds. toby managed to get a surf today at muriwai and has been doing lots of wedding photography website stuff. now feels like we are on countdown to our departure.....
